The Raboso [Curioso] Marco Trevigiana I.G.T. looks as it is: strong, forthright, genuine. It has collected its body and tannins from the black of its peels, pulling its distinctive aroma out of the alluvional grounds, well drained and gravelly, that are typical of our land. Its perlage comes from its processing with the Charmat method, besides a 7-days long maceration on its own peels and a first fermentation with selected yeasts.
