PROSECCO D.O.C. TREVISO BRUT
Prosecco D.O.C. Treviso Brut, just like the Extra Dry version, is produced with the traditional "in white" vinification and is then processed with the "Martinotti-Charmat" method in steel pressure tanks, meticulously monitoring its temperature and the fermentation process. The result is a wine with a balanced sugar content, a refined perlage and an intense fruity aroma. The Brut version of our Prosecco is slightly drier, fresh, bright: a crystal clear laughter in your mouth.
